ABSTRACT A compative analysis of two new power-generation technologies: Joseph Papp's Noble Gas Engine and the the Correas' Pulsed Abnormal Gas Discharge/XS NRG system. Both systems are electric plasma-based devices that employ emission plasmas and inert gases to harness the energy of electrical discharges.
